Do I need my own scanning equipment?
No. You can provide supported files from your team or capture provider, or have Mirror Labs capture the property using 360° cameras or SLAM scanners, depending on the project.
What capture files can I provide?
Supported inputs include 360° camera footage, SLAM scanner captures, and LiDAR point clouds. Compatibility depends on the equipment and file format used. Contact us to discuss your capture setup.
Can I share a property with my team?
Yes. Invite collaborators to the project and control their access. Photos, notes, and assigned follow-up stay connected to locations in the shared 3D record.
What determines whether I can take measurements?
Measurements require supported, calibrated spatial data. Availability depends on the capture and its calibration; not every 3D record supports measurement.
What happens after I request access?
Your email is added to our access list. Platform accounts are available by invitation; submitting a request does not create an account.
